Instructions:
- Put the fruit into a small microwaveable bowl with the maple syrup and a little water (approx 2 tablespoons) and cook on medium high for 2–3 minutes or until the fruits are soft and you have a well-coloured juice.
- Meanwhile, combine the yoghurt and protein powder in a bowl and mix well.
- When the fruit is ready, serve with the yoghurt and garnish with mint if using.
