Berry Delicious Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 50 grams fresh raspberries
  • 50 grams fresh strawberries, hulled
  • ½ small banana
  • 200 mls low-fat soy milk
  • 20 grams vanilla soy protein powder

Instructions:

  1. Roughly chop the banana and add to an electric blender with the remaining ingredients.
  2. Blend on high for 1–2 minutes.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy.

Chef’s suggestions:

  • You can use other berries (e.g. blackberries and blackcurrants) if you prefer.
  • If you prefer your smoothies chilled, add a few ice cubes into the blender with the other ingredients.
