Instructions:
- Put aside 2 raspberries and 3 blueberries; put the remaining berries in a microwaveable dish with the honey and 1 tablespoon of water and cook on medium -high for 1 minute or until the juices begin to run. Stir well.
- Combine the yoghurt with the protein powder.
- Spoon half of the yoghurt mix into a serving bowl or suitable glass, then spoon in half the berry mix and a little muesli.
- Repeat the layer and top with the reserved berries.
