Instructions:
- Remove the stone from the avocado (keep the stone), scoop the flesh into a bowl and then mash to a smooth paste with the back of a fork.
- Mix in the fresh lemon juice, oatmeal and cottage cheese to make a thick paste-like consistency.
- Mix in the garlic granules and season to taste with a little sea salt and generous shake of mild chilli powder.
- Scoop into a serving dish – put the stone into the centre as it helps prevent the avocado turning an unappetising shade of brown.
- Serve with the crunchy sticks of celery and carrot
