Tropical Sunshine Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 14 grams vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup tinned, unsweetened pineapple pieces
  • 25 mls reduced-fat coconut milk
  • 5 ice cubes

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.

Chef’s suggestions:

  • For dairy-free, replace the skim milk with a non-dairy alternative such as almond, coconut or soy milk and use a vegan protein powder instead of whey protein powder.
