In these terms and conditions, “we” “us” and “our” refers to Global Weight Management Education Pty Ltd (ABN 41 137 521 781) trading as Global Weight Management Federation. Your access to and use of all information on this website including purchase of our product/s is provided subject to the following terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to amend this Notice at any time and your use of the website following any amendments will represent your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended. We therefore recommend that each time you access our website you read these terms and conditions.

Our Website Services

Our services are provided to adults over the age of eighteen (18) years.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST, unless otherwise indicated.

The RRP for our products and memberships can be found on their respective pages.

We endeavour to ensure that our price list is current. We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time. If you have placed an order, we will fulfil your order at the price listed at the time you ordered.

Product Descriptions

We strive to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible on our website, however we do not warrant that the description is accurate. Where we become aware of any mis-description, we reserve the right to correct any error or omission.

Images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product.

Security Policy

Global Weight Management Federation uses the Stripe Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. Stripe processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the Stripe gateway are secured payments.

Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Global Weight Management Federation or any outside party.
All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.
All transaction data is encrypted for storage within Stripe’s bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data.
Stripe is an authorised third party processor.

Delivery Policy

Delivery Policy for Physical goods

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Stripe containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Australian Post within 2 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.

Delivery for Courses, Memberships and Digital Products

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Stripe containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your course access, membership details or product download details via email within 1 working day.

Refunds and Returns Policy for Physical Products

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 7 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at info@globalweightmanagement.org within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage.

You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Global Weight Management Federation will not be responsible or parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Refunds and Returns for Courses, Memberships and Digital Products

Please select digital products and memberships carefully as no refund will be provided for these items; due to the nature of digital products, they cannot be returned once downloaded.

Should any Term or Condition not be governed by the laws of Queensland, the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia shall apply. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Commonwealth of Australia in this regard.

We undertake to take all due care with any information which you may provide to us when accessing our website. However we do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information which you may provide to us. Information you transmit to us is entirely at your own risk although we undertake to take reasonable steps to preserve such information in a secure manner.
