What if Your Pattern of Being Overweight Was the Result of your Pattern of Over-giving with Suzanne Culberg

Pattern of being overweight, pattern of over-giving

During this webinar we will discuss points around how the pattern of over-giving may produce the result of the pattern of being overweight.

Being overweight and having roots in over-giving by keeping commitments to everyone else but at the end of the day having no reserves left for yourself

Over-giving cycle: Make plans – over-give – burnout – overeat – feel guilty – make plans

Intervention is NOT about trying harder, beating ourselves up more and saying ‘yes’ to another diet approach.
If you overeat because you over-give the solution is to deal with your pattern of over-giving, and NOT your pattern of overeating.
Dealing with your over giving and your food issues will largely take care of themselves.

About Suzanne:
Suzanne is a mindset coach for weight loss. She believes that people often gain too much weight themselves because they give too much help to others. They over-eat because they over-give.
The solution is to deal with the pattern of overgiving, not the pattern of over-eating. Deal with that and the food issues will largely take care of themselves.

Suzanne’s passion to help women is fueled by her own weight journey going from 150kg to maintaining the healthy 72kg she is now.

Suzanne knows that no single approach is right for every individual and so she uses a mix of modalities including Neuro-Linguistic Programming, hypnosis, and energy healing, to give her clients the accountability to create lasting change.
